Minimum order
Minimum order quantities are listed on each product and may be combined across items for container orders. Smaller orders can be discussed.
Container & consolidated shipping
We can prepare full container loads (20ft or 40ft) or consolidated shipments. Loading plans are shared before production is finalized.
Export packing
Pieces are wrapped in foam, plastic and cardboard. Knock-down packing or wooden crates can be arranged for fragile items.
Documentation
We prepare commercial invoices and packing lists, and can help arrange other documents your country requires.
Trade terms
Quotations are typically prepared on EXW or FOB terms. Other terms can be discussed with your forwarder.
Lead time
Lead times depend on design, quantity and season. Each quotation includes an estimated production schedule.

We use selected natural rattan from partner forests in Sumatra and Kalimantan, chosen directly by our artisans in Cirebon before it is processed into weaving.
Yes. All weaving is done manually by experienced artisans — not machines — so every product has a slightly different weave character.

Yes, every product is wrapped in a protective layer and packed in a wooden crate or heavy-duty cardboard made for rattan goods before shipping.
We accept bank transfers and digital payments. Account details are sent after your order is confirmed via WhatsApp. This website does not accept online payments.
Custom orders usually require a deposit before production starts. The balance is paid when the product is finished or before it ships.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight, dust regularly with a dry cloth or soft brush, and place it in a room with good airflow.
Natural rattan is best for covered terraces or semi-outdoor rooms. For fully outdoor use, ask us about weather-resistant finishing options.
