1.Order process
Orders are confirmed only after you accept a written quotation. Prices shown on the website are indicative and do not constitute an offer.
2.Production and lead times
Ready-stock items can usually be prepared faster. Made-to-order and custom items follow the production schedule stated in your quotation. Lead times can change during peak seasons.
3.Packing
Standard export packing includes foam protection, plastic wrapping and cardboard cartons. Special packing, such as wooden crates or retail boxes, can be quoted on request.
4.Domestic delivery (Indonesia)
We can arrange delivery within Indonesia through trusted logistics partners. Costs depend on volume and destination.
5.International shipping
We support consolidated (LCL) and full container (FCL) shipments. Freight, insurance, import duties, taxes and customs clearance at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6.Documentation
Commercial invoice and packing list are provided for every export shipment. Additional documents required by your country can be discussed before production.
7.Inspection and claims
Please inspect goods on arrival and report visible damage within 7 days with photos. We will review claims fairly according to the agreed shipping terms.
- • Typical production time is 3–10 weeks depending on design and quantity.
- • Export packing included in quotations. Freight, duties and taxes are quoted separately.
- • Minimum order quantities are shown per product and can be combined for container orders.
